www.work-in-europe.com provides a platform for job seekers ("Subscribers") from Asia to create and submit CVs to a database accessible by employers in Europe ("Employers"). Employers can browse and access CVs to identify potential candidates for employment opportunities.

3. User Eligibility

  • Subscribers must be at least 18 years old.

  • Employers must be legally registered businesses in Europe.

  • Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering and using our services.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription plans and pricing details are available on our website.

  • Fees are charged based on the selected plan and must be paid in advance.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription fees, with prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Subscribers must ensure that the information in their CVs is accurate and up to date.

  • Employers must use the database solely for recruitment purposes and must not misuse subscriber data.

  • Users must not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities on our platform.

6. Data Privacy

  • Subscribers consent to sharing their CVs with registered Employers.

  • Employers agree to handle personal data responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.

 

7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:

  • Share false or misleading information.

  • Engage in discriminatory or unethical recruitment practices.

  • Use the platform to distribute spam or malicious content.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee employment for Subscribers or specific hiring outcomes for Employers.

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Employers are solely responsible for their recruitment decisions.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

  • Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but fees paid are non-refundable.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

 

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
